The summer heat is intense, the sun scorching hot, relentlessly releasing its energy. Workers in all industries are undergoing different "baking" tests. As the saying goes, "cold in the three nines, hot in the three fives." For every employee working on the front lines, this is undoubtedly a grueling time of year. Company leaders deeply understand the hardship of the employees' work and have gone deep into the workshops to deliver "coolness," care, and comfort to the employees who are sticking to their posts.
July 25th is about to enter the middle of伏天, and the summer temperature is rising. Although large industrial ceiling fans have been installed in the workshop, which can dispel some of the heat in the summer, a heat wave can still be clearly felt upon entering the workshop. The company leaders, showing consideration for the hard work of all employees, specially arranged for the administrative department to provide cooling medicines for each workshop and to distribute summer heat-relief fruit—watermelons—to each employee. Although the small watermelons cannot reduce the temperature of the three伏天, they bring a little coolness to their hearts. Everyone holds a watermelon, smiling from ear to ear, their hearts filled with joy.
Although we have entered the off-season for valve production, Su Ming Company still receives numerous orders from both domestic and international markets, and the workshop remains busy. Sometimes, in order to meet deadlines, employees on the front lines still work overtime, and their meticulous work attitude is touching. Here, we pay tribute to our lovely employees and sincerely say: You have worked hard!
