A threaded check valve is a valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc based on the flow rate of the medium itself to prevent backflow. It is also known as a check valve, one-way valve, backflow valve, or back pressure valve. A threaded check valve is an automatic valve whose main function is to prevent backflow, prevent pump and motor reversal, and prevent the discharge of container media. Threaded check valves can also be used to supply gas to auxiliary systems where the pressure may be higher than the system pressure. Threaded check valves can be divided into swing check valves and lift check valves (moving along the axis). The function of this type of valve is to allow the medium to flow in only one direction and prevent flow in the opposite direction. Usually, this type of valve works automatically. Under the action of the fluid pressure in the unidirectional flow, the valve disc opens; when the fluid flows in the reverse direction, the fluid pressure and the self-weight of the valve disc act on the valve seat, thus cutting off the flow.
