Triple Yang opens the year, a win-win Sheep year

At the beginning of the new year, as the Year of the Sheep brings good fortune and everything is renewed, the company held a two-day partner annual meeting at the luxurious Sheraton Hotel in the city. Representatives from agents, special distributors, and suppliers from all over the country, as well as senior and middle-level management personnel from our company, leaders from the provincial valve association, and leaders from relevant county-level departments attended the meeting. To enhance sales and management capabilities, the company invited Professor Liu Songbo, an expert in human resource management from Renmin University of China, to give a lecture on "Organizational Behavior." As a management doctoral candidate, a member of the American Management Association, and a member of the China Management Research International Society, he lectured on the individual psychological behavior and motivation of employees, theories and practices of employee motivation, goal-setting theory, principles of specific indicator setting, leadership behavior models, executive team building theory, and compensation and assessment. Professor Liu's wonderful lecture, rich theoretical knowledge, and vivid practical examples, which combined education with entertainment, won rounds of warm applause from the participants, stimulating the interactive atmosphere of the entire venue. The participants gained a deep understanding and benefited greatly, broadening their thinking and expanding their horizons. This added considerable internal motivation for improving sales and work capabilities in the future, and will further promote the partnership and win-win cooperation in the Year of the Sheep, playing a driving role in the sustainable development of the enterprise.
This annual meeting served as both a training session and a thank-you event. In the evening, the company held a grand thank-you banquet in the magnificent Endu Hall. The chairman delivered an enthusiastic speech: First, he sincerely thanked all the guests, colleagues, and people from all walks of life for their strong support. Second, in 2014, with the strong support of all colleagues and people from all walks of life, the company thrived, becoming a standout performer. All indicators, including production, sales, and profits, achieved their predetermined targets, and the company reached a new level. This was a year worthy of celebration. After briefly reviewing the company's decades-long entrepreneurial and innovative journey, he said with emotion that the company's substantial development to this day, and its status as a well-known enterprise and industry leader, is mainly due to the spring breeze of reform and opening up and the harmonious society of a peaceful era. It also stems from the company's unwavering commitment to the principle of quality-based business and quality first; from its unwavering strategy of pursuing technological innovation and brand building; from its firm belief in integrity, innovation, and progress; and from its consistent adherence to the principles of being grateful to the country, giving back to society, and caring for employees. Amidst thunderous applause and melodious music, everyone raised their glasses to celebrate the New Year and wish each other a win-win cooperation in the new year.
Representatives of agents and special distributors also visited and inspected various production workshops, production processes, production technologies, and factory appearance. Afterwards, they gathered in the company's product showroom, stopping before hundreds of types of dazzling products, learning about product details, and inquiring about new products developed by the company in recent years. Department managers responsible for production and technology answered their questions one by one. They expressed their satisfaction, approval, or praise. Professor Liu also took a keen interest in a beautifully crafted newly developed product—a Suming brand faucet—holding it fondly and hoping to keep it as a souvenir from his lecture and factory visit in Yuhuan. The staff presented it to him on the spot. All personnel also took a commemorative photo in front of a large oil painting in the company lobby.
This partner annual meeting brought together so many industry elites; we were fortunate to hear such wonderful lectures and receive so much affirmation and encouragement. We are deeply grateful for the two days of gathering, which brought us even greater expectations.
